crawling is for babies...
What went unsaid in my last post is that my daughter refuses to crawl. She spits on crawling (ok, she drools on it). At one point today, while standing, she was DETERMINED to pick up a piece of paper. Well, of course the paper was under her foot so when she did finally find victory over the paper, she ended up on her ass. And was distinctly not happy about that. Pretty much the only times she cries are when I walk out of a room, she has to go to bed and when she is stuck on her ass.

Yesterday, for the first time, I saw her pull herself back up from being on her butt. It really is the beginning of the end...
