There are a few scents that take me instantly back to my childhood. Playdough... Mimeograph sheets... And I just discovered another one - the smell of Halloween candy.
Not just individual candy, but that singular smell you get when you dump in all together in a pile and let it sit. Hard candy, suckers, Smarties, chocolate, tootsie rolls and various wrappers all mixed together. Made me want to sort it all out by type and then horde it annoy my brother and sisters just like old times...
