For the first time in almost 2 weeks I am finally alone. Ok, well, the baby is technically awake from her nap but since she isn't screaming, she doesn't count. It has been old friends dropping from the sky month here including a week with the in-laws. Now, I am not complaining because for me, even Jeffrey Dahmer stopping by to compare recipes is welcome given my lack of daily adult interaction, but really, next time we have got to figure out a way to spread this out. We went about 4 months with nothing. No trips. No visitors from out of town. No friends dropping a line out of the blue. Then, BAM. Cousins come for the weekend. Emails to and from Germany. Jill shows up (and gets us out to see live dance - yahoo!). And the in-laws. Couple that with my daughter getting 4 teeth at the same time and you have a recipe for baggy eyes and coffee.
