It was with heavy heart that I woke up today. The first day of summer vacation for my son.
**sigh**
Honestly, if it at all felt like "summer" weather-wise it wouldn't be such a problem but, unlike the east coast, it has been painfully cold. Wool sweater cold. Um, do I really have to spend time outside? cold. Just-let-the-weeds go cold.
Tomorrow there is hope! Now, I am not holding my breath here, but I am really hoping that Yahoo weather is right and it actually hits 70 degrees. With some sun! Otherwise, it's going to be a loooooooong "summer"....
