Fargo. Flooding. As if "REALLY FRIGGIN' COLD" wasn't enough reason not to live there, apparently they get to sandbag for a flood when it is really friggin' cold.
Now, I love the midwest.
I am FROM the midwest.
But when I see quotes about epic floods in the midwest, during March, with sub-zero temps, by some guy name "Dave Davis" all I can think is, DAMN, you people really DON'T have an imagination...
