Yes, the inevitable happened. Charlotte cut her own hair. Thank GOD she has long hair and cut what was dangling in front of her face (daring her to use the scissors, really) instead of the usual chop at the bang line front and center the day before school pictures. So really, when you think of it, at 3, she gave herself some edgy new side bangs and is WAY ahead of the curve...
